Accessibility statement

Direct wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

Every page works with a keyboard and has a skip link. Images and illustrations have text alternatives. Text and buttons meet contrast guidelines. Pop up panels can be closed with the Escape key and return focus where you were. Animation stops automatically if your device asks for reduced motion.

Accessibility panel

Use the accessibility button (bottom right on desktop, ACCESS in the bottom bar on phones) to make text bigger, switch to high contrast, use a plain readable font, stop all motion, highlight links or add text spacing. Your choices are remembered on this device.
